The Gladstone police headquarters renovation and expansion included a 19,000 SF building addition to expand the existing facility. The project also included a modernization of City Hall for aesthetics as well as Americans with Disabilities Act compliance. The project was located in the redeveloping downtown Gladstone corridor. BHC coordinated closely with the architect for urban design elements including minimal setback design and grade separated entrances.Project improvements included parking lot additions and modifications, utility relocations, and ADA improvements.
