BHC is part of the progressive design-build team responsible for providing over 3-miles of improved roadway to serve the new Panasonic EV battery facility. BHC provides surveying, stormwater design, and floodplain modeling for the project. This includes evaluating potential impacts to FEMA flood elevations and devising mitigation strategies to maintain a “no rise” condition after construction. BHC also developed an ESRI-based field inventory form to identify and catalog existing utility excavations throughout the project corridor. This tool identifies potential conflicts and enables real-time data sharing across the design and construction teams.
