BHC was selected by Kansas City, MO to complete a preliminary engineering study. This study exposed the pros and cons of five different design alternatives and associated construction costs. BHC provided a study of street and sidewalk alternatives. Traffic, pedestrian, and bicycle counts were also administered along the corridor. This project was a part of the Engineering On-Call Services for Kansas City, MO.
