BHC provided project and engineering management for a large fiber build in the San Francisco Bay Area, covering approximately 220 route miles and connecting multiple data centers. The accelerated schedule required multiple design teams and contractors working in parallel. BHC coordinated these partners to maintain compliance with design specifications, naming convention schemas, and drawing content and format standards. The team also imported CAD design data into ArcGIS and populated attribute data for a construction management software provider supporting construction tracking and documentation.
