As part of an existing on-call services contract for the Board of Public Utilities, BHC prepared construction plans for temporary and permanent waterline relocations. Relocations were necessary for a mile-long federally-funded road improvement project. BHC worked with BPU staff to establish the necessary vertical adjustments to avoid future conflicts with proposed drainage structures.
