BHC was selected by the City of Gardner to perform the construction inspection and materials testing for this KDOT funded project. This project consisted of the improvements for pedestrian safety along three city blocks in downtown Gardner near the Gardner Aquatic Center and the Johnson County Fairgrounds. The project included pedestrian safety improvements with the replacement of ADA ramps, sidewalk driveways, and the addition of sidewalk retaining walls.
