Google Fiber selected BHC for their Fiber Hut Design in Austin, TX project to provide a turn-key solution to their hut zones. BHC performed the topographic and boundary survey work for the market hut sites, as well as the entitlement and legal descriptions to meet city permitting requirements. This project was part of a larger, national FTTH network build. Special challenges met included care/avoidance of all heritage trees, watershed protection district requirements and special screening and architectural features at some sites.
