Flint Commerce Center is a 370-acre industrial park housing 5-6 million SF of building space with light assembly, manufacturing, warehousing and distribution uses in De Soto, KS. Building C is a 1-million SF cross-dock warehouse within the development. The planting design focused on bringing scale to the large building and site. Native cultivars were chosen for their hardiness, low maintenance, erosion control, and ornamental characteristics. BHC provided landscape architecture, civil site design, and surveying services for the site. Additional services included initial due diligence, a preliminary plat plan, stormwater management services, and NOI/SWPPP Land Disturbance and City Grading Permits.
