GreenLight Garagedominium is a recreational garage space outfitted with a mezzanine, bathroom, polished floor, and garage door. The garagedominium concept combines garage space with recreational and office space. BHC was tasked with site layout, grading, stormwater and detention design, public stormwater improvement design, public water improvement design, public sanitary sewer improvement design, and city planning and permitting coordination. BHC also performed platting and easement document survey work.
