With the renovation to Rachel Morado Park, the adjacent roadway needed a “road diet”. Sidewalk, curb & gutter  and retaining walls were added to provide connectivity to the park. Working with Phronesis, the 2,400 FT project was surveyed and utility coordination was provided. This project also included nine ADA sidewalk ramps and five driveways to be reconstructed.
