BHC is the civil designer of 800 LF of Minnesota Avenue from 6th Street to 7th Street. The improvements included complete removal of the existing asphalt street, street curbs, streetlights and traffic signal. New concrete curb & gutter , full-depth asphalt, sidewalks, ramps, streetlights and traffic signal were installed at 6th Street. Landscaping and irrigation was also installed. All improvements will continue the revitalization of downtown Kansas City.
