BHC evaluated Kansas City market jurisdictions’ Capital Improvement Plans (CIPs) to identify potential impacts to Google Fiber’s existing and planned fiber infrastructure. This analysis supported relocation budgeting and route decisions to avoid future conflicts with planned public works projects.BHC delivered a GIS map overlaying Google Fiber infrastructure with anticipated CIP project impacts and completed a risk analysis for each project to support relocation cost estimates. This service can be updated annually as jurisdictions publish new CIP lists.
