BHC evaluates and coordinates city capital improvement projects and private developments where telecom infrastructure may be impacted across the Kansas City metro. Our team reviews improvement plans, communicates potential conflicts to project stakeholders, and leads coordination meetings to confirm relocation options. We work with jurisdictions to identify new corridors for existing infrastructure and develop cost-effective relocation plans. BHC coordinates fielding efforts with the infrastructure owner to verify conflicts and confirm constructible solutions. During construction, BHC attends weekly meetings with field crews and contractors to keep relocations on track and aligned with the design intent. When site conditions change, such as rock or unknown utilities, we identify alternate routes or depths and coordinate stakeholder review and approval. We confirm all newly placed infrastructure meets current standards and supports future capacity needs for the telecom provider.
