BHC evaluates and coordinates city capital improvement projects and private developments where telecom infrastructure may be impacted across the United States. We review improvement plans, communicate potential conflicts to project owners and stakeholders, and lead coordination meetings to confirm relocation optionsWe work with jurisdictions to identify new locations for existing infrastructure and develop cost-effective relocation plans. BHC coordinates fielding efforts with the infrastructure owner to validate conflicts and align solutions before construction. We confirm newly placed infrastructure meets current standards and supports future capacity needs for the telecom provider. At project closeout, BHC provides as-builts to the client in the required format to support updates to their fiber management system.
