BHC designed and produced plans for the construction and installation of new water mains at two locations: 

• Market Street (from K-15 to Westview)
• The residential area at Springwood Drive and Crosswood Lane

This project involved designing approximately 3,700 FT of new water main to improve water distribution and reliability for the community. The work includes multiple valve/hydrant/service replacements, plus complete utility coordination. BHC worked with the City on a quick turnaround of the project plans in early 2025. This allowed for the utility work to be completed prior to the Market Street pavement reconstruction project which is slated to happen in the summer of 2025.
