BHC was selected by the City of Merriam to provide on-call engineering services as the City no longer employed a licensed engineer on staff. Since 2015, we have worked with City staff and officials with planning submittal reviews, capital project budgeting, assisting with funding applications, representing the City at area meetings, providing input on issues during construction and performing design of individual projects on a task-order basis.
