BHC is the on-call civil engineer for Edwardsville, KS. Our responsibility as an extension of their staff is to provide engineering plans for review, manage capital project budgets and assist with funding applications. We also provide input on issues during construction and act as the civil engineer representative for the city at area meetings. We have also provided comprehensive on-call surveying services.
