For more than a decade, the City of Edwardsville has relied on quick, dependable engineering guidance to keep projects moving and budgets grounded. BHC serves as an extension of City staff, reviewing engineering plans, managing capital project budgets, supporting funding applications, and preparing construction documents, while also providing input during construction and representing the City at area meetings. To strengthen decision-making in the field and at the desk, BHC also delivers on-call surveying and GIS support, coordinating data exchanges with County GIS staff and other partners. Through task orders, our team built geo-referenced asset inventories for City streets, storm sewer structures, and sewer manholes, giving Edwardsville clearer visibility into system needs, priorities, and next steps.
