BHC has served as an on-call engineer for the City of Edwardsville, Kansas, for over a decade, acting as an extension of their staff to review engineering plans, manage capital project budgets, assist with funding applications, and prepare construction documents. BHC also provided input on issues during construction and acted as the civil engineer representative for the City at area meetings. BHC has provided comprehensive on-call surveying services as well. BHC also supported City staff and initiatives through GIS data support for City projects, exchanging data with the County GIS staff and other entities. Specific task orders were executed with the City to generate geo-referenced asset inventories of City streets, storm sewer structures, and sewer manholes.
