The City of Merriam coordinates street, drainage, and utility improvements to minimize disruption to residents and businesses. To support this approach, BHC evaluated drainage needs in areas scheduled for street maintenance. BHC performed field assessments to verify storm sewer condition, pipe size, and capacity, evaluated design flows using current criteria, and identified segments suitable for lining or replacement. BHC tracked evaluation status in real time using a GIS dashboard, providing City staff with up-to-date information to support project planning and decision-making.
