BHC collaborated with CBC Real Estate and Hoefer Welker Architecture to develop the Northland Innovation Campus. This home of the Northland CAPS program is a 90,000 SF building located in downtown Gladstone. BHC provided site design, extensive grading, stormwater treatment design, watershed analysis, as well as utility extension and design for this design-build project.

This project won multiple awards: The Design Excellence KC Award from AIA Kansas City, the Design-Build Award from DBIA Mid-America Region, the Capstone Award from the Kansas City Business Journal and the Center for Active Design Excellence Award.
