This project was a new 123,000 SF, three-story addition/renovation of an existing elementary school, transforming it into a high school.  The project included the addition of a sports complex featuring a football and soccer field, track, baseball, and softball fields. BHC provided site layout design, grading, underdrain design for natural grass and artificial turf fields, utility, sanitary main relocation, public street renovation, and stormwater design. Earthwork was balanced over the 60-acre site, and the site is ADA accessible.
