The Legends of Sparks Marina is a 1,400,000+ SF destination development that includes shopping, dining, entertainment and a casino/hotel. The development includes stand alone retail stores such as Target, Best Buy, Lowes, Scheels Sporting Goods, and the Olive Garden restaurant. The view to the west is the sparkling marina itself. BHC provided civil engineering services consisting of project management and coordination, site and utility plans, environmental site assessment, storm drainage design and report and utility coordination while meeting all deadlines during the fast-paced nature of this destination development. This project won a Honor Award in Commercial Retail & Mixed Use Category from the Nevada ASLA.
