As the Kansas State University Foundation grew its office park, the team needed Phase II to do more than add square footage, it had to expand capacity for partner-tenants while staying aligned with a long-term, four-building vision. The Phase II expansion delivered 59,000 square feet of new space, doubling the existing development and advancing the second of four planned buildings. With future phases, the office park will reach 240,000 square feet within the broader 56-acre development, creating an ecosystem that supports innovative research and academic growth alongside the university office and research parks. BHC supported that momentum with 3D laser scanning, surveying, and civil design services, including site grading, drainage, utilities, and erosion control. Once construction wrapped, BHC also provided a condominium plat to clearly define and document the tenanted areas within the building.
