BHC completed design plans to reconstruct existing streets and sidewalks that were deteriorating and required upgrading. The project included over 8,300 FT of 2-inch milling and asphalt resurfacing, selective curb replacement, sidewalk and ADA sidewalk ramp replacement, pedestrian signal, and pavement markings. A portion of this project was located in the City of Overland Park, which required additional coordination. This project was part of the 2019 Street Preservation Project.
