BHC was selected by the City of Overland Park to supplement their inspection staff on their chip seal inspections. More than a decade of experience working with the City has built a foundation of comfort and understanding of our abilities. We were selected for this pavement maintenance project due to the trust in our ability to perform without direct City oversight. Our staff provided daily review of the contractor’s work to assure all work was done according to City specifications and contract requirements. We also assisted the City in refining UBAS implementation criteria.
