BHC was selected by Kansas City, Missouri to complete a preliminary engineering study as part of the Engineering On-Call Services contract. The study evaluated five design alternatives with associated construction costs for street and sidewalk improvements. BHC conducted traffic, pedestrian, and bicycle counts along the corridor to inform the analysis. The study provided Kansas City with comparative data on the advantages and tradeoffs of each alternative to support decision-making.
