On a task-by-task basis, BHC reviews zoning applications, supporting materials, and public improvement plans, then follows up with field visits and working meetings with City staff and stakeholders. This as-needed approach helps Grandview keep reviews consistent, address issues early, and move projects forward with fewer surprises.
