Harmony at Clear Creek is a 40-acre mixed-residential community featuring 117 residential buildings, including 97 single-family villas and 20 townhomes. The development includes a clubhouse, pool, sports courts, dog park, recreational area, and approximately 10 acres of preserved native open space, along with other site amenities and necessary infrastructure. BHC provided civil engineering design and surveying services, including boundary survey, topographic verification, jurisdictional determination, preliminary and final development plans, stormwater management, traffic impact analysis, public and private construction documents, utility coordination, permitting, and construction administration.
