John Knox Village is a 200+ acre Life Plan Community that provides multiple living options for seniors. Over the last several years, BHC has provided civil engineering, surveying, and landscape design for ongoing campus expansions and upgrades.

• Meadows: Two 90,000-sf additions (~100 IL units), auxiliary parking, water main upsizing, and an underground parking garage.
• Astoria: A new 25-bed, 20,000 SF assisted living replacement.
• Clubhouse: A new 6,600 SF clubhouse + 1,800 SF pool and patio; drainage design with no adjacent storm system.
• Courtyard E: A new 70,000 SF, 4-story/52-unit replacement apartment building + dog park + parking expansion.
• Towers: A new 128 units aprtment bulding in two 8-story towers + garage + spa/fitness area, restaurant, and golf clubhouse.
• Villas: Phased villa replacements; a new hybrid concept (6 buildings/15 units each) + golf course improvements.
