Real estate and permitting support delivery, including:

• Private easement securing access and alignment.
• North Kansas City Levee District agreements for levee-critical work.
• Kansas City, Missouri, easement and right-of-way permits.
• Temporary staging agreement for access and mobilization.

The engineering program includes subsurface borings and electrical resistivity testing to refine subsurface conditions, reduce risk, and inform design and constructability.
