After Occidental Management acquired the former 200-acre Sprint World Headquarters campus, the team set out to reimagine it as Aspiria, a mixed-use destination that could evolve over time. The master plan calls for more than 2.7 million SF of new development, including 600 multifamily units, 375,000 SF of retail and restaurants, a hotel, more than 1.4 million SF of office space, and a community park with an amphitheater. BHC helped translate that vision into actionable plans by providing survey support for development and A/E design, preparing site layout, grading, and utility concepts for entitlements, and designing campus-wide stormwater management that leverages existing ponds for detention and water quality. BHC also supported environmental permitting review for existing on-site features to keep approvals moving and protect the project schedule.
