The City of Edwardsville set out to modernize 1.2 miles of 98th Street from Kansas Avenue to the north city limits, and needed a partner who could carry the work from design through construction. BHC provided design, construction inspection, and materials testing, supported by surveying that gave the project a solid foundation: topographic data for 3D modeling and design refinement, boundary information and easement exhibits for right-of-way acquisition, and control networks to keep construction aligned. As the work advanced, BHC also stepped in with construction stakeout to help the City maintain momentum and build with confidence.
