When the City of De Soto announced Panasonic Energy North America’s 300-acre manufacturing campus at Astra Enterprise Park, the community’s growth curve changed overnight. To keep emergency response coverage ahead of that pace, the fire district advanced a new 20,000 SF station and needed the site and access in place quickly. BHC supported the effort with civil engineering, landscape architecture, and a topographic survey, guiding the project through development approvals and designing roughly 1,000 FT of new roadway to connect the station to the surrounding network.
