Flint Commerce Center is a 370-acre industrial park housing 5 to 6 million SF of building space with light assembly, manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution uses in De Soto, Kansas. Building C is a 1-million SF cross-dock warehouse within the overall development. BHC provided landscape architecture, civil site design, and surveying services for the site. Additional services include initial due diligence, a preliminary plat plan, stormwater management services, and NOI/SWPPP Land Disturbance and City Grading Permits.
