Addington Place is an 80-bed, 40,000 SF assisted living facility for senior living and care. Addington Place serves seniors who don’t want or need a nursing home, but who are weary of home upkeep, need personal assistance or desire to have more friends and interactions with others. The Addington Place Concept is a single-story, wood frame building comprised of apartment style suites that circle interior common areas and exterior courtyards. The first phase of the building consists of 59 rooms and includes plans for a future building expansion. BHC provided site design and grading, paving, sanitary and storm sewer design, coordination of utilities and BMP design.
