Situated atop a hill just north of the Kansas Speedway, this 373,000 SF, 306 unit luxury apartment complex provides a welcomed residential component near 110th Street and State Avenue in Kansas City, Kansas. Developed by NorthPoint Development, the project included full construction documents, platting, utility coordination and stormwater management. Balancing the priorities of the development, the existing landowners and regulatory requirements made incorporating the site features in the overall aesthetic a top priority. Throughout the design process numerous concepts were developed, with the ultimate solutions being not only functional but valued site amenities.
